Design process begins with a good conversation that leads to the best design. We spend some time discussing your requirements. We discuss your budget and prepare a list of goals and scope of our work and start the same with a design proposal letter followed by conceptual drawings.

Initial diagrams, sketches, documents and presentation are translated into spatial design with a combination of plans, elevations, and 3ds with best options with required revisions and review the same with you to create an early presentation of building or interiors that reflects your ideas.

On the basis of approved schematic design, we prepare the drawings and details of the major components: Architectural, structural major exterior and interior Work as per the project requirements. We create detailed plans, interior elevations, and electrical layouts including lighting specifications, finishes schedules, wall sections and typical details.

A preliminary bid from 1-2 contractors is recommended to ensure the budget is respected at this level of detail. We can prepare a set of detailed documents from which the contractor will build the project. We can visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction. We provide basic administration on the job site and inform you of your observations at every time of visit, to ensure work is performed to the standards and quality.
